1. 100 gm. Dry Red Chillies
2. 2.5-3 Glass of Water
3. 6-7 tbsp Oil
4. 3 tbsp Grated Garlic
5. 2 tbsp Grated Ginger
6. Salt to Taste
7. 1 tbsp Sugar
8. 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
9. 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
10. 1 tbsp Vinegar
11. 1/2 tsp Coriander Stem

At first boil the red chillies in boiling water. Then make semi thick paste of those boiled chillies in mixer grinder. Now take a pan and saute some grated garlic and ginger in hot oil. After a while add the chiili paste and saute for a while. Now cook it by covering the pan till it releases oil.

After 4-5 minutes add salt to taste, sugar, some soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar and some coriander stems and mix all of them together. Then add water as required and cook the gravy till it reaches the desired consistency.

After 7-8 minutes check if the sauce is ready. Then cool it off completely and store it in a dry glass container. You can preserve it for months.
