Ingredients :
 
                     1. 250 gms Basmati Rice
                     2. 1/2 cup soya chunks 
                     3. 2 tablespoon curd
                     4. 2 medium sized potatoes(cut into cubes)
                     5. 2 medium size chopped tomatoes
                     6. 2 medium size chopped onion
                     7. 1 tablespoon grated ginger & garlic
                     8. 4-5 slit green chillies
                     9. Some fresh coriander leaves
                          10. 2 Bay leaves,Some whole Garam Masala
                          11.1 teaspoon cumin seeds
                   12. 2 tablespoon oil
                   13.1 tablespoon biryani masala
                   14. salt to taste or 2 teaspoon

                   15. 1/4 teaspoon kewra water (optional)
                   16. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
                   17. 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
                   

Method :
                Step 1 :

 

                             Wash the rice and soak it for 20 minutes.Drain the water from the rice.Boil the soya bean for 3 minutes.Now Take a pressure cooker & after heating it give oil and let it heated. Give bay leaves and whole garam masala & cumin seeds, stir for few seconds.When the aroma comes from it add potato to fry for 2 minutes.Then add onion and chillies to fry for another 2 minutes on medium flame,you can cover it with a lid.

Step 2 Now add ginger,garlic and tomato stir it for another 2 minutes.Give boiled soya beans and cook it for 2 minutes.Add curd and after mixing it ,cook it for another a minute.Add turmeric powder,shahi biryani masala and red chilli powder & mix it for a minute.Add rice and with rice stir it for 2-3 minutes on low-medium flame.Add water (1.5 times of rice)from the sides.Add salt & spread coriander leaves .Now cover the lid of the cooker,and cook it for a whistle on medium flame.

 Step 3 : After 2 whistles on medium flame when the cooker gets cold open it.Add kewra water in every sides.Here our super tasty & super quick Restaurant style soyabean biryani or Soya pulao ready.I garnished it with fried onions and serve hot.
