Hello Friends..­čÖé­čÖéToday I am sharing an interesting starter recipe,Soya Chunks Kabab,which is at the same time very tasty,crispy & healthy as it has been fried in low oil.Here I have given some twist so that it becomes more tasty & crispy.I have prepared it as a restaurant starter but in a healthy way.Making this Soya Bean Kabab is very easy & quick.So its a must try & share this quick snacks recipe with your friends & family.

Ingredients :

  1. 150 gm soya chunks
  2. some peanuts
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  5. 1 tablespoon garlic
  6. some whole garam masala
  7. 2-3 chopped green chillies
  8. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder
  13. salt to taste
  14. 2 tablespoon gram flour(besan)
  15. 2 tablespoon rice flour
  16. some oil to fry
  17. some chopped coriander leaves
 Method :
Soak the soya bean into hot water for at least 15 minutes.In the meantime heat up the pan & dry roast the peanuts.Take them out from the pan.Now squeeze the soya bean well.Now pour it into mixture container,add chopped onion,garlic,ginger,roasted peanuts & whole garam masala.Grind all of them together and make a thick paste of it.Pour the paste into a bowl.Add chopped green chillies,all powdered masala including salt & mix very well with the help of your hand.
To shallow fry the kababs give some oil in a pan and heat up.Mix little hot oil into the kebab mixture and mix well. Now make a shape of kebab.Fry the kebab patty till golden brown from both sides.Take them out from pan and place them on tissue paper.
Here our Healthy,tasty & crispy restaurant style soya chunks kebab ready to be served hot with tomato ketchup or green sauce….
