Ingredients : –

                         1. 200 gm. Soya Chunks

                         2. 1 Dry Red Chilli

                         3. 2 Bay Leaves

                         4. Some Whole Ground Spices

                         5. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds

                         6. 4-5 Raisins

                         7. 2 Chopped Onions

                         8. 1 tsp Grated Ginger

                         9. Paste of 3 Tomatoes + 10-12 Garlic Cloves

                       10. 2 Green Chillies

                       11. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

                       12. 1 tbsp Coriander Powder

                       13. 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

                       14. Salt to Taste

                       15. Ground Whole Spices(Homemade)

                       16. 2 tbsp Curd

                       17. 2 tbsp Mustard Oil

                       18. Water as Required

Method

Step 1 : At first boil the soya chunks into hot water for 4-5 minutes. When they are boiled take them out into a strainer and rinse them with cold water. Then squeeze all the soya chunks lightly.Now take mustard oil in a pan and give whole garam masala,dry red chilli,cumin seeds,raisin and bay leaves and saute  for few seconds.Then add chopped onion and fry for 3-4 minutes. Then add grated ginger and stir well. Now add tomato-garlic paste and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.

 Step 2 : After 5-6 minutes lower the gas flame and add all the powdered masalas and salt to taste into the tomato gravy and stir well. Then add curd and mix continuously. Now add all the boiled soya chunks and mix them well with the masala. Make sure that the gravy is properly coated with every soya chunk. You may take little bit of water to make the mixing process easy.Then add 1 cup of water in the mixture, mix it and cover the lid.

                         After 8-10 minutes open the lid and add some chopped coriander leaves and home made ground garam masala.Mix it and here our super tasty and delicious Spicy Soya Bean Curry is Ready. Enjoy the dish with Roti / Paratha or Steamed Rice.
