Spicy & Tasty Aloo Shimla Mirch Sabji-Shimla Mirch Aloo Recipe-Potato Capsicum Recipe

Today I have prepared a special Aloo Shimla Mirch Ki Sabji.I have given here a special twist so that this regular sabzi turns into a special dhaba style sabji.Making this sabzi is very easy & simple.It goes perfect with hot Paratha / Roti / Puri.So,do try it & give me your feedback….Hit the like button if you like the recipe and also share it with your friends & family….KEEP SHARING..🙂😍👍

Ingredients :

                         1. 4 pcs potato(cut into cubes)

                         2. 2 pcs capsicum( cut into squares)

                         3. 3 Bay Leaves,1 dry red chilli

                        4. 1/3 teaspoon Asafoetida(Hing)

                        5. 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds

                        6. 1/4 tspn carom seeds(ajwain)

                        7. 2 grated Onions

                        8. 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger & garlic

                        9. 2 Chopped Tomatoes

                       10. 2-3 Chopped Green Chillies

                       11. 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

                       12. 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

                       13. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

                       14. 1 tablespoon roasted gram flour (besan)(optional)

                       15. Salt to taste

                       16. 2 tablespoon Mustard Oil

17. some chopped coriander leaves

18. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

19. 1/3 teaspoon dry mango powder(amchur)

: Method :

 *  Take some mustard oil in a pan & heat up.Now add dry red chillies, cumin seeds, asafoetida(hing) and bay leaves,carom seeds(ajwain) and saute for few seconds.
   * Now add the potatoes and fry for 3-4 minutes.Add grated garlic,ginger and onion and fry them for 5-6 minutes. After that add all the powdered masala including green chillies and mix it well with the masala. After a minute sprinkle little water into it and mix well with the masalas. Then add chopped tomatoes into it and mix well.Cover it with a lid for 2 minutes on medium flame.
 *Open the lid add capsicum,coriander leaves & mix well.The more you saute the masalas the tastier it will get.Add garam masala into it and cover the lid again on medium flame for 5 minutes. Open the lid and stir well.Add aamchur powder & some more coriander leaves and mix well again.
     Here our  Delicious & Spicy Aloo Shimlamirch Ki Sabzi is ready to be served hot with roti, chapathi or paratha.
