Ingredients:
1. 1 Cup Oats
2. 1/2 Cup Sooji(Semolina)
3. 1 Cup Curd
4. Water as Required
5. 2 Chopped Green Chillies
6. Some Chopped Capsicum
7. 1 Chopped Carrot
8. 1 Chopped Tomato
9. Chopped Coriander Leaves
10. 1 tsp Lemon Juice
11. Salt to Taste
12. Some Oil to Fry
Method
Step 1 : At first take a mixer container and put oats, semolina(suji), some curd and water as required and make a thick batter. After that transfer the batter in a bowl and then to reduce its thickness a little. Then add all the fresh chopped vegetables in the batter along with lemon juice and salt to taste and mix all the things together.

Step 2 : Now heat a non-stick tawa and brush a little oil on it. Then take a large spoonful of the mixture and pour it on the tawa. You can make two pancakes at a time. Give it some time and when one side is being roasted spread some more chopped veggies on the pancakes. These roasted crunchy veggies will make these pancakes special. When one side is roasted flip it over. Roast the other side for a while. When done take them out on a serving platter. Prepare all the pancakes in the same way.
