Ingredients :

                               1. 1 Cup Suji(Semolina)

                               2. 1/3 tsp Black Pepper Powder

                               3. 1/2 Cup Curd

                               4.1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds

                               5. 1/3 tsp Mustard Seeds

                               6. 1/3 tsp Hing

                               7. Some Peanuts

                               8. 1 tsp Grated Ginger

                               9. 1 Chopped Onion

                             10. 1 Chopped Carrot

                             11. 2 Chopped Green Chillies

                             12. Fresh Green Peas

                             13. 1 Chopped Tomato

                             14. 3 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes

                            15. 1/3 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

                             16. 1/3 tsp Amchur Powder

                             17. Chopped Coriander Leaves

                             18. Salt to Taste

                             19. Tomato Ketchup

                             20. Grated Cheese

                             21. 1 tbsp Oil


: Method :

At first take a bowl and add suji, black pepper powder, salt and curd. Then mix all the things to make a mixture and keep it aside covered for 30 minutes.

Now take oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, hing and some peanuts & saute for a while. Then add grated ginger, onion, carrot, green chilli, green peas, tomato, boiled & mashed potato one by one and saute well together. After that add kashmiri red chilli powder, amchur powder, coriander leaves and salt to taste. After a while when the mixture is ready take it out from the pan and keep aside.

Now we will proceed towards the batter mixture that we had prepared earlier. Take a flat non-stick tawa and brush some oil over it. Now take big spoonful of that batter and put on the tawa. Make dosa sheet by flipping it upside down. When done take it out. Now place a dosa sheet on a flat surface and grease tomato ketchup over it . Now place the potato & veggie mixture in the middle of the sheet and then grated some cheese to make it more tasty. Now roll the sheet alongwith the mixture to make the perfect Suji Roll. Take a bite & mmmm…
