Ingredients :

                               1. 1 Kg Fresh Tomatoes

                               2. 1 tbsp Butter

                               3. 1 Chopped Onion

                               4. 6-7 Chopped Garlic

                               5. 1 tsp Grated Ginger

                               6. 2 Chopped Green Chillies

                               7. Salt to Taste

                               8. Chopped Coriander Leaves

                               9. 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

                             10. 1 tbsp Sugar

                              11. 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

                              12. Cornflour Mixture

                              13. Water as Required


: Method :

* At first boil all the tomatoes in hot water till their peel is partially removed. When done take them out and put the tomatoes in cold water to cool off. Now we shall completely peel off all the tomatoes manually so that our soup becomes creamy & smooth. Don’t throw away the water in which we cooled off the tomatoes. We shall use it later to make soup.

* Now after peeling off the tomatoes smash all of them with hands. Smash as much as you can. Don’t ever put the tomatoes in mixture grinder. Because that won’t make the soup that we want. Now take a pan and put butter in it. When it melts add onion, garlic and ginger and saute on medium flame for a while. After that add green chillies and little salt and stir fry a bit. Now add the tomato paste that we made manually and mix well. After that add the water that we kept aside and a little more salt. Add chopped coriander leaves and cover the pan to cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.

* After that uncover the pan and stir a bit. Now we shall strain the mixture to make it smooth. For that place a strainer over a bowl & pour the mixture onto it. Now press it with a spoon to strain all the juice from it. When all the juice is extracted take it again in the pan and add tomato ketchup, sugar and black pepper powder and mix well. After a while add cornflour mixture in it to make the soup even thicker. Now cook the soup by covering the pan for few minutes and thus our super tasty Tomato Soup is ready to serve steaming hot.

And here our Super tasty & healthy Tomato Soup is ready to serve hot. You can consume this soup for day long by keeping in refrigerator and then heating it up. Enjoy this Steamy & Healthy Soup in this winter.
