Ingredients:
1. 1.5 Cup Maida
2. Salt to Taste
3. 1/2 tsp Sugar
4. 1.5 tbsp Oil
5. Water as required
6. 2 tbsp Oil
7. 1 tsp Grated Garlic
8. 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger
9. 2 Chopped Green Chillies
10. 1 Grated Carrot
11. Chopped Beans
12. Chopped Capsicum
13. 1 Chopped Tomato
14. 2 Chopped Onions
15. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
16. 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
17. Little Chaat Masala
18. Chopped Coriander Leaves
19. 1 tsp Veg Mayonnaise
20. 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup

Method

At first to make the frankie roll we shall make the roti first. For that take maida in a large bowl and add salt, sugar, little oil and water as required and knead it till it gets soft. Now keep it covered for some time.

In the meantime we shall prepare the stuffings for the frankie. Heat some oil and add all the veggies along with onions and stir fry. Remember to keep the veggies a bit crunchy. Add some kashmiri red chilli powder, little chaat masala, some tomato ketchup and coriander leaves in the end to make the stuffings more interesting.

Now we shall roll the rotis. Take some generous portion from the dough and make round rotis. Now fry the rotis slightly in a very little amount of oil on a tawa. Now when the rotis are ready spread some tomato ketchup and some veg mayonnaise over it and spread all over. Now put the stuffings in the middle and roll the rotis around it.
