Ingredients :
1. 250 gm. Hakka Noodles
2. Salt to Taste
3. 2 tbsp Oil
4. 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
5. Chopped Spring Onion
6. 1 tsp Grated Ginger
7. Slices of 2 Onions
8. 1/2 Chopped Carrot
9. Chopped Beans
10. Chopped Cabbage
11. 2 Chopped Green Chillies
12. 1/2 Sliced Capsicum
13. Sliced Red Bell Pepper
14. 1/2 tsp Black Salt
15. 1/3 tsp Black Pepper Powder
16. 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
17. 1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce
18. 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
19. 1 tbsp Home-made Noodles Masala
20. 1 tsp Vinegar


At first boil the Hakka Noodles in approx. 2 litres of water. Add a little salt in the water before boiling. After boiling for a while strain the noodles and check if it is boiled properly. Now rinse the noodles with cold water to remove extra starch.

Now take a pan. Heat some oil and add garlic, spring onion, grated ginger and chopped onion one by one and fry them for a while. After a while add all the remaining veggies one by one and fry all the things well. Remember to keep the veggies a bit crunchy. Now add salt to taste, little black salt and black pepper powder and mix with the veggies. Now add all the sauces together and mix them too. Now its time to add a little twist. We have prepared a special home made noodles masala(comprising dry roasted and grinded 1/2 tspn jeera,dhania,saunf,ajwain,some garam masala,black pepper,salt, kashmiri lal mirch powder). Add 1 tablespoon of that masala and mix. This special masala will give this hakka noodles a special taste and looks. In the end add a little vinegar and our veggie masala is ready. Now add the boiled noodles and mix with the veggies with the help of 2 spoons. Mixing properly is very important. After a few seconds our very special Veg Hakka Noodles is ready to serve hot. Garnish it with some chopped spring onion.
