Veg Manchurian Recipe Hindi-Easy Veg Manchurian

Ingredients :

                                            1. 2 cups of grated cabbage
                                            2. 1/4 cup of besan or gram flour
                                            3. 1 chopped green chillies
                                            4. 1 tablespoon grated ginger
                                            5. salt to taste
                                            6. oil to fry
                                            7. 2 cups of water(300ml)
                                           8. Ching’s Secret Veg Manchurian Masala
                                          9. diced onion
                                         10. diced carrot
                                         11. diced green capscicum
                                         12. chopped spring onion

 

METHOD 

Step 1 : At first squeeze the water from the grated cabbage.Now take a bowl add grated cabbage,besan,green chillies,ginger & salt to taste.Mix well all the ingredients.Make sure the grated cabbage should be dry.Make manchurian balls .Turn on the gas flame.Heat up the oil in a pan to fry the manchurian balls until golden.Take them out from the pan and place on a plate.

Step 2 : Take a bowl add water into it.Add Ching’s Secret Veg Manchurian Masala and mix well with the water & keep aside. Turn on the gas flame again. Take refined oil in a pan and stir fry the onion, carrot and capscicum on high flame for 2-3 minutes.To keep the veggies crunchy don’t over-fry.

 Step 3 : When the veggies are properly fried add the fried manchurian balls and mix well. Now it’s time to add the Manchurian masala mixture. This masala is a sole substitute for salt, sauces & vinegar. So, you don’t need to add them separately. After adding the masala mix it with manchurian balls and veggies properly for 3-4 minutes on high flame to thicken the gravy.

 Step 4 : After the cooking is done spread some chopped spring onion over it.

                                 Here our super quick & tasty Veg Manchurian Gravy is ready to be served hot.
