Hot hot crispy mix veg pakora can be a perfect evening snack in this Winter season.In this recipe,the finely chopped veggies add extra flavor and make it tastier.I have given a twist of a  special masala in this recipe so that the recipe becomes extra flavorful.The pakodas are crisp from outside and nicely soft from within.You can use any veggies you have & they are very easy and quick to make.Even you can store the mixture of batter of pakoras in the refrigerator for 3-4 days and fry them anytime immediately.So try it definitely and give me feedback…Lets learn how to prepare this quick crispy restaurant style veg pakora….

Ingredients :
                      1. some finely chopped cabbage
                      2. 1 finely chopped carrot
                      3. some finely chopped beans
                      4. 1 finely chopped capscicum
                      5. some green peas
                     6. 200 gm gram flour / besan
                     7. 1 tblspn baking soda
                     8. 1 tblspn grated ginger garlic
                     9. 3-4 chopped green chillies
                    10. 1 tspn turmeric powder
                    11. 1/2 tspn nigella seeds / kalonji
                    12. 1 tblspn special masala ( dry roasted & grinded cumin,coriander,saunf,red chilli,whole garam masala)
                     13. 1 tspn sugar
                     14. salt to taste
                     15. some chopped coriander leaves


                      
Method :

                Take a big bowl and mix all the ingredients one by one.Mix well with spoon or hand well.Now add little water and mix it again add some more water and mix it thoroughly.Make sure that the mixture should not be thin.Rather it should be thick & should be form of a pakora.
 
   
                Now Turn on the gas and take a pan on it.Heat the pan for 2 minutes on medium flame.Give oil in it and heat the oil enough to fry the pakora.Now give the pakoras mixture and fry them until golden from both sides.Take them out from the pan and keep it on a tissue paper.
                        
Here it is our ready crispy & crunchy tasty veg pakoda.Serve immediately it with a tomato ketchup or green chutney…
